How LoopMenu SMS works
LoopMenu (operated by LoopMenu, Inc.) sends SMS text messages to diners about their orders, and — when they opt in — about flash deals from restaurants they've ordered from. This page shows the exact opt-in screen, the legal disclosure, message samples, and how to stop messages at any time.
STOP at any time to opt out.
1. The opt-in form — try it here
Below is the exact opt-in form every diner sees at checkout on loopmenu.app. The same fields, the same disclosure text directly under the phone input, and the same separate marketing checkbox (unchecked by default) are rendered for every diner on every restaurant's checkout. This page is the canonical CTA for SMS opt-in.
The same form is rendered inside the LoopMenu web app at loopmenu.app/app.html#/checkout after a diner adds items to their cart. A screenshot of the in-app version is below.
Transactional SMS (required)
By entering your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS about your order. This is the literal disclosure shown on screen.
Marketing SMS (separate opt-in)
Marketing SMS requires a separate, unchecked-by-default checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Exact disclosure text shown under the phone field
Exact label on the marketing-SMS checkbox (unchecked by default)
Optional. Up to ~4 promotional msgs/month from restaurants you've ordered from. Reply STOP to opt out anytime. Msg & data rates may apply.
2. What messages we send
- Order status — transactional. Texted when your order is accepted, ready, or out for delivery.
- Driver dispatch — transactional. Texted when a driver claims your delivery, with the driver name and ETA.
- Guest order claim — transactional. A one-time link so guests (no account) can see their order status.
- Flash deals & promotions — marketing, opt-in required. Restaurant-specific deals capped to a small number per day per restaurant.
Message frequency
Typically 2–6 messages per month across all categories, depending on how often you order and whether you opted into marketing SMS.
