Email support@loopmenu.app and a person reads it. Tell us the restaurant name, and the order number from your receipt if it is about an order — that is usually all we need.
The quickest answer is usually the restaurant itself — they are the ones making it.
Call the restaurant first. Their number is on your receipt and on their menu page, and they can remake or adjust an order while you are still standing there. If you cannot reach them, email us and we will step in.
The restaurant that took the order issues the refund. Money goes back to the card you paid with, and banks usually take a few business days to show it. Email us the order number if a restaurant agreed to a refund and you have not seen it.
Points land on the Rewards tab after an order. If an order is missing its points, send us the order number and we will look.
Reply STOP to any LoopMenu text to stop them, or HELP for help. The detail is in the SMS terms.
Open the app, go to Profile, and choose Delete my account. It clears your personal details and signs you out — you do not need to ask us first. Email us if you cannot get in to do it yourself.
Sign in with Google, Apple, or a one-time link sent to your email. There is no password to lose. If a link does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.
Owner questions go to the same address and get answered by the same people.
Start at signup and the setup walks you through your menu, hours, and payouts. If you would rather hand the menu over, email it to us in any form — photo, PDF, printed sheet — and we will build it.
Payouts run through Stripe into the bank account on file. The Payouts screen in your dashboard lists every transfer and where it stands.
Email us with the screen you were on and roughly when it happened. Put orders in the subject line if orders are affected and it jumps the queue.
One address, every question — orders, accounts, restaurants, and everything else.
